According to § 6 TDG (Telemediengesetz) we indicate that all partners of the law firm are German Patent Attorneys (Patentanwälte) and registered representatives (European Patent Attorneys) before the European Patent Office in Munich and before the Office of the European Union for Trade Marks and Designs (OHIM) in Alicante, Spain (European Trademark Attorneys). The partners are furthermore members of the German patent attorneys bar (PAK – Patentanwaltskammer) and the Institute of European Patent Attorneys (epi). The patent attorneys are bound to the following laws: Patentanwaltsordnung (BGBl. I 1966, p. 557, latest amendment BGBl. I 2001, p. 3656), Berufsordnung der Patentanwälte (Mitt. der Patentanwälte 1997, p. 243 et seq.) Standesrichtlinien der Internationalen Föderation von Patentanwälten (FICPI) and the “Code of Professional Conduct” of epi (epi-information 2/2001, p. 75).

The logo “ring and tetrahedron” is a German trademark registered with the German Patent and Trademark Office under the registration no. 307 83 241.
