Our patent attorneys at the firm provide you with competent advice in all areas of intellectual property law, such as patents, trademarks and design law. We have approval to represent you before the relevant offices, in particular the German Patent and Trademark Office DPMA, the European Patent Office EPO, the international authority WIPO or the European Office for Trademarks and Design Registrations EUIPO. We also offer representation of clients in proceedings before the Federal Patent Court BPatG, the Federal Court of Justice BGH or the Unitary Patent Court UPC for European unitary patents. For trademark or patent matters abroad, we work for our clients with a global network of foreign colleagues.
